📋 Description

• Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects with growing independence. • Guide projects from programming through closeout—clarifying requirements and ensuring deliverables meet standards. • Mentor Designers and engineers through hands-on guidance and feedback. • Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable follow-through. • Contribute to GitHub and improve standards, tools, and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience. • 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services. • Strong understanding of project delivery workflows and documentation standards. • Strong proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub. • Industry certifications preferred by discipline: PSP/CPP (Security), CDT, EIT, PE, PMP.
