• Analyze and assess needs, diagnose problems or situations across different client business areas, and provide documented recommendations; • Write and validate requirements for implementation within the IT project portfolio; • Conduct impact and feasibility studies on preliminary projects or when handling change requests; • Write functional analysis and business analysis documentation; • Document business processes for automation (existing processes, target processes); • Coordinate projects under their responsibility using the organization’s project management templates (project charter, status reports, plan); • Train internal clients on new features and new systems; • Respond to development or bug-fix requests of medium complexity from clients; • Guide development teams in their analyses and act as the functional point of contact for the project team; • Configure the systems under their responsibility; • Oversee solution testing in collaboration with internal clients, and lead migration and post-implementation phases with project teams; • Support change management with business units; • Improve and optimize processes and application documentation for internal clients; • Perform other related duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (IT option), or another relevant university program and five (5) years of experience relevant to the role. • Or a College Diploma (DEC) and a 30-credit certificate in Business Administration (or another appropriate program) and seven (7) years of experience relevant to the role. • Excellent command of written and spoken French • Good command of written and spoken English • Good knowledge of ERP and CRM software • Experience with the following software/packages is an asset: Ungerboeck, MS SharePoint, MS-SQL • Proficient in MS Office • Experience with Visio (a plus) • Familiarity with a project management methodology (PMBOK is an asset) • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (a plus)
