⢠University degree in business administration, computer science or another relevant field. ⢠Professional certification (e.g., CBAP from IIBA) or a diploma in business analysis is an asset. ⢠Required experience: ⢠Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, specifically in process analysis and modeling, and in facilitating sessions or workshops for gathering business requirements or reviewing business processes. ⢠Minimum 2 years of experience in IT. ⢠Required skills: ⢠Eliciting requirements from internal and external clients: listen to clients, formulate and clarify their needs. ⢠Ability to produce written documentation in French. ⢠Excellent listening and communication skills. ⢠Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to understand, systematize and explain technical concepts clearly. ⢠Ability to organize and facilitate working groups. ⢠Business process modeling using BPMN 2.0 (Visio). ⢠Time and priority management. ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft 365 office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). ⢠Bilingualism (oral and written). ⢠Required knowledge: ⢠Familiarity with a recognized methodology for producing business analysis deliverables. ⢠Mastery of techniques for analyzing client and business needs. ⢠Methods for analyzing organizational processes. ⢠Communication techniques.
