• TEHORA is currently seeking a Data Modeler to design, document, and evolve data models in the context of development, maintenance, and system improvement projects. The successful candidate will act as a consultant to business, development, and operations teams. • Without being exhaustive, the services and deliverables the successful candidate will provide include: • Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models; • Document data models; • Translate conceptual data models into physical models; • Analyze the impact of proposed models on operational data; • Update data models when required; • Provide advisory support on proposed data models; • Contribute to optimizing data structures for performance; • Draft relevant documentation and keep it up to date.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a systems development or maintenance analyst working with a relational DBMS; • At least 3 years' experience as a data modeling specialist; • Experience administering databases in a cloud environment; • Strong proficiency in conceptual data modeling using the entity–relationship formalism; • Strong proficiency in star schema modeling to optimize queries in a data warehouse or BI environment; • Experience with PowerDesigner, ERwin, Visio, or an equivalent tool is an asset; • Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
