• Conduct and supervise forest inventories and field surveys in accordance with applicable standards. • Validate, analyze, and structure collected data. • Perform vectorization and geospatial data processing in GIS environments (ArcGIS, QGIS). • Prepare technical reports, produce maps, and perform analyses that meet contractual requirements. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and quality of deliverables. • Participate in the planning and organization of project-related activities. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in forest engineering or a related field. • Active membership in good standing with the OIFQ (Ordre des Ingénieurs Forestiers du Québec) — mandatory. • Proficient in GIS tools (ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) in a professional setting. • Excellent technical writing skills for producing technical documentation. • Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
