• Provide first-level IT support to users • Install and configure computer equipment • Participate in deployment and replacement of workstations • Process and follow up on support requests • Support desktop software and Microsoft tools • Participate in IT inventory management • Provide technical assistance to users on-site or remotely • Document interventions and incidents • Collaborate with support and operations teams
• Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in IT support or equivalent training • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an operator or in IT support • Experience providing user support • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook • Solid knowledge of user-level computing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer-service orientation • Able to handle computer equipment and lift loads of up to approximately 22 kg • Versatile, resourceful, and autonomous • Strong ability to learn and manage priorities • Consistently committed to quality work and customer service
