📋 Description

• TEHORA is currently seeking a Senior Technology Infrastructure Analyst specializing in storage and backup with solid experience in operating data storage and backup solutions. • The successful candidate will participate in the architecture, maintenance, support and evolution of hardware and software storage and backup infrastructures for one of our public sector clients. • Maintain and evolve all components of the storage infrastructure (SAN and NAS data storage). • Operate and maintain the corporate data copy/backup solution. • As a specialist analyst in data storage products (SAN and NAS) and copy/backup solutions, provide consulting services, make recommendations and raise business-area issues during meetings and workshops conducted as part of IT projects. • Make recommendations and raise issues during analysis and design work in the context of the migration of workloads to a cloud platform. • Create and keep up-to-date operational documentation for upgrades and enhancements under their responsibility. • Inform the project manager of any incidents or problems related to storage and backup infrastructures, submit them to the vendors responsible for maintenance and ensure follow-up. • Ensure the availability, stability and performance of the infrastructures under their responsibility by relying on available management and monitoring tools, in accordance with the organization's needs. • Ensure knowledge transfer to personnel designated by the client. • Perform any other duties typical of a technology infrastructure analyst.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Ten (10) years of experience in information technology, including eight (8) years as a technology infrastructure analyst. • Including five (5) years in assignments where you held a senior role providing guidance and directly contributing to the operation, architecture, maintenance and support of storage infrastructures (SAN, NAS) or backup/copy solutions. • Have completed two assignments of at least 50 person-days each involving storage (NAS or SAN) or a copy/backup solution. • Have completed an assignment involving the operation of a cloud data storage solution with characteristics equivalent to Microsoft Azure. • Good understanding of modern architectures, hybrid environments and integration challenges. • Ability to clearly document assumptions, constraints, risks and architecture decisions. • Analytical mindset, methodological rigor and client orientation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
