📋 Description
• Élaborer des stratégies de gestion du changement; • Analyser les impacts organisationnels; • Mettre en place des plans de communication et de mobilisation; • Accompagner les gestionnaires et équipes; • Soutenir l’adoption et la pérennisation des changements; • Concevoir des outils, guides et indicateurs; • Produire des rapports et analyses.
🎯 Requirements
• Expérience en gestion du changement; • Expérience en transformation numérique; • Capacité d’analyse organisationnelle; • Capacité de coaching; • Excellente communication; • Excellente maîtrise du français oral et écrit.
