📋 Description

• Manage multiple consulting and delivery projects and account teams/programs. • Provide consulting and delivery assurance across consulting, account interaction, service delivery, and practice delivery. • Manage resource planning, deliverables development, project planning and execution, contract attributes and costing, and customer interaction. • Understand customer business and technical requirements based on the solution and statement of work. • Develop and mature solution designs with customers and stakeholders. • Coordinate delivery teams and internal communication for new engagements. • Consolidate delivery status and costing information across stakeholders. • Manage delivery escalations, risks, issues, and change control. • Implement knowledge management and sales-to-delivery knowledge transfer. • Perform project/program analysis, product-line reviews, and health checks. • Maintain customer relationships and assess customer reference-ability. • Refine practice pipeline and product-line attributes using metrics, analysis, market fit, and technology changes. • Support account strategy development and execution. • Capture and develop reusable intellectual property and best practices. • Manage engagement profitability and financial and contractual responsibilities. • Identify and support future business opportunities. • Mentor, manage, and develop product/project team members. • Conduct annual reviews and provide ongoing employee performance feedback. • Communicate and execute Human Resources policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required) — or equivalent, relevant experience. • Sufficient understanding of Services Outsourcing and PMI PMBOK. • PMP, IAOP (Outsourcing Professional), or other relevant certification. • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with out-of-the-box problem solving. • Proven ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment. • Experience leading and collaborating across teams to deliver successful solutions. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. • Superior people and personnel management skills. • Cloud Agnostic. • Expert-level experience. • Ability to travel up to 50%.
