📋 Description

• Serve as a domain expert with deep hands-on configuration experience in Workday • Identify and implement process improvements by rethinking existing configurations • Stay current on Workday enhancements and ensure successful deployment of biannual releases • Drive efficiencies that reduce administrative burden for end users • Lead end-to-end project management for Workday-related initiatives: requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation • Act as a strategic consultant to business partners and end users, solving system-related challenges • Serve as the escalation point for Workday process or configuration issues • Provide production support including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution • Maintain and update self-service user guides; deliver training to internal teams • Collaborate with Internal Audit and Operations to ensure SOX compliance and data integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HRIS role • Strong understanding of core compensation, position configuration, and business processes • Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes • Prior experience in HR functions such as HRBP or Talent Acquisition • Proven ability to support multiple projects in agile environments • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Analytical thinker with a passion for improving HR technology and processes
