📋 Description

• Join FLIR as a Regional Sales Manager and become a key driver of innovation in the dynamic world of Research and Science. • Serve as a strategic liaison between technical clients and cutting-edge infrared camera systems. • Identify, demonstrate, and quote tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of researchers and engineers. • Build a robust sales pipeline and drive growth through strategic engagement. • Conduct customer specifications interpretation, system configuration, and recommend custom engineering when needed. • Deliver compelling onsite demonstrations that showcase the power of FLIR technology.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sales in data acquisition, test & measurement, or technology space • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science with business acumen, or a Business degree with technical sales experience; an equivalent combination of education and work work experience may be considered • Passion for demonstrating and promoting innovative technology • Proven territory management and responsiveness to customer needs • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence purchasing decisions • Technical aptitude to understand customer challenges and propose tailored solutions • Self-driven mindset with a hunger for new markets and opportunities • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong organizational skills and strategic planning ability • Experience leading customer engagements and driving demand • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, CRM tools • Ability to travel up to 50% within the defined sales territory.
