• Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams to assess customer educational and clinical practice needs • Provide product and procedural education, clinical training, in-service support, and follow-up • Maintain advanced knowledge of Teleflex Medical products and designated clinical specialty areas • Develop clinical relationships through professional engagement and evidence-based consultation • Monitor medical literature, clinical guidelines, healthcare trends, and the competitive landscape • Participate in scientific, educational, and professional programs at meetings, conferences, and trade exhibitions • Provide clinical support for customer inquiries through the clinical support call line and other communication channels • Engage key opinion leaders, academic medical centers, and healthcare institutions to support evidence-based education and clinical adoption • Educate and train internal and external stakeholders on safe and appropriate product use • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams on strategic initiatives and product-related activities • Complete documentation, expense reporting, required reporting, and other administrative responsibilities • Manage unsolicited off-label inquiries in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Support advanced clinical training, medical scientific liaison activities, and post-installation training when required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Healthcare Provider with a minimum of 5 years’ patient care experience in a critical care area and/or interventional access specialty • Minimum of two years of Medical Device Industry experience preferred • Minimum of three years of experience in a business environment preferred • Professional Development background including curriculum creation • Advanced Certification (i.e., CRNI, VA-BC, CCRN, CEN, etc.) • Current licensure and credentials as applicable for clinical specialty • Ability to establish and maintain vendor credentials via RepTrax, Vendormate, or similar systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Valid driver's license, ownership and operation of a motor vehicle, and satisfactory driving record • Ability to carry a detail bag weighing up to 20 lbs. • Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 30 lbs. • Ability to stand or walk in hospitals or meetings for approximately 8–12 hours per day, up to five days per week • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% • Depending on customer/site requirements, ability to obtain COVID-19 vaccination may be required
