📋 Description

• Work as part of a team with a shared goal of achieving a high standard of quality. • Provide first-level customer service for inquiries about products, accounts, usage, and applications. • Build and maintain positive customer relationships by offering tailored solutions and ensuring requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions across the company. • Schedule service calls and follow up with customers/clients. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures. • Escalate customer issues as needed. • Responsible for accurate data entry using the prescribed applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old. • Full-time availability between the following hours: Mon - Sun, 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM. • Excellent wired home internet connection — Wi‑Fi is not permitted. • Strong knowledge of wired home internet — Wi‑Fi is not permitted. • Excellent command of English and French. • Strong computer skills. • Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) is required to handle calls from English- and French-speaking customers across Canada and globally.
