📋 Description

• Build next-generation IT workflow automation tooling using Temporal and Go on Kubernetes • Collaborate with the engineering team on dogfooding Teleport Identity and Teleport Policy • Build hardened security and automation for macOS endpoints • Write IT automation using Terraform, shell scripts, and Go • Create integrations with Panther, Jamf Pro, Okta, Rippling, and Google Chrome Enterprise • Perform traditional IT helpdesk tasks, including assisting internal customers with access, lockouts, integrations, and configuration • Participate in thorough code reviews and an open design process • Complete a coding challenge using Terraform and shell scripts or Go during the application process

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness and ability to work across traditional IT tasks, including setting up and debugging IT tools, Okta, Rippling, Zendesk, and helping internal customers with their setup • Ability to dive deep into Kubernetes, Go, and Temporal • Programming experience in Go • Linux systems engineering experience • Kubernetes experience • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) experience • Shell scripting experience • IT security and administration experience • Experience with Temporal is a bonus • Experience with data warehousing concepts and platforms such as AWS Redshift, Fivetran, and DBT is nice to have • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship is required
