📋 Description

• Serve as Creative Director Alvaro Calmet's primary operational partner across the SolarBalls and RunMonsterRun ecosystem. • Coordinate execution across multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously. • Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication. • Drive accountability and follow-through across teams and initiatives. • Remove operational bottlenecks before they impact delivery. • Create visibility across project status, milestones, risks, and upcoming priorities. • Protect the Creative Director’s time by coordinating meetings, managing priorities, organizing information, and reducing operational overhead. • Facilitate communication between creative, production, operations, leadership, and external partners. • Build and improve documentation, workflows, operating procedures, and project management systems. • Support new strategic initiatives as the SolarBalls and RunMonsterRun business continues to expand, including opportunities across streaming platforms, licensing, consumer products, partnerships, and other new business ventures.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Program Management, Chief of Staff, Operations Leadership, or similar roles. • Proven experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives. • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills. • Strong project management experience across multiple concurrent workstreams. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. • Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with evolving priorities. • Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-directed. • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority. • Strong documentation and operational process improvement skills. • Experience using project management platforms such as Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools.
