📋 Description

• Elicit business requirements for new products, programs, and processes using requirements workshops, business process analysis, use case creation, and data analysis • Liaise with business units, technology teams, and support teams to identify requirements, best practices, interdependencies, and improvement opportunities • Translate requirements into user stories and create process flows, data models, use cases, and other artifacts • Participate in high-level solution design and estimation, breaking development components into smaller functions in collaboration with the Technical Product Manager • Design software product solutions aligned with solution architecture and technical roadmaps • Define functional specifications and required modifications with development teams, including non-functional requirements • Partner with QA specialists to ensure designs are understood and implementations align with specifications • Provide technical support and leadership during incident escalations or service interruptions • Evaluate business needs and promote data-driven decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in business systems analysis with enterprise software implementations, systems integrations, or technology solution delivery with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms • 3-5 years of experience in design and functional configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and/or Field Service, or equivalent case management systems • University degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or College Diploma with equivalent experience and demonstrable continuing education in IT • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies with hands-on experience translating business needs into technical solutions within Agile teams • Power Platform experience, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps • Strong user story development skills and experience creating process flows, data models, and use cases within an Agile framework • CRM implementation experience, including data migration, data mapping, and entity relationship diagrams • Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Confluence • Intermediate proficiency in process improvement methodologies and business process modeling tools/techniques, including BPMN and process mapping • Enterprise architecture awareness • Highly effective written and oral communication skills • French language ability is a strong asset • Great-to-have experience includes Dynamics 365 Marketing or other Customer Engagement modules, healthcare or mental health technology, UAT, professional certifications, Omnichannel for Customer Service, Dynamics 365 integrations, MB-230 or PL-200 certifications, and consulting or professional services delivery
