📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across business, digital, and operational workflows • Translate business needs into functional specifications for DXP/DAM platforms • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and design sessions to align on solution outcomes • Partner with architects, developers, and integrators to support platform design and implementation • Manage and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scope and quality control • Support vendor evaluation, RFP development, and SaaS solution selection • Coordinate and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing • Identify system or process gaps and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise or digital environments • Hands-on experience supporting DXP/DAM implementations and e-commerce Shopify • Strong expertise in requirements analysis, process modeling, and solution design • Experience working in SaaS and cloud-based platform ecosystems • Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and relational databases • Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives • Non-profit experience is an asset
