• Analyze and gather requirements, enhance configuration, and improve business processes • Act as a liaison between pension clients and programming team • Maintain client relationships and provide support during system development and implementation • Participate in client status meetings and manage multiple client tasks • Analyze business and pension requirements and draft functional specifications
• A minimum of 5-7 years Canadian pension or benefit related experience • A minimum of 5-7 years systems analyst experience • University degree or equivalent Designation or extensive experience/knowledge of Pension plan administration (DB and/or DC) • Business Analyst Certification • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
