📋 Description

• Drive strategic alignment by ensuring project plans integrate with overall reliability strategic plan. • Masterfully navigate complexity by managing deliverables with conflicting priorities, risks, and dependencies. • Communicate effectively and keep leadership teams informed through concise reporting. • Champion continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance team effectiveness. • Lead and inspire diverse teams to drive innovation and achieve outstanding results. • Foster a culture of feedback and ensure a balance between financial outcomes and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs in an Agile environment. • Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and evolving technological landscape. • Solid Project Management experience for 3+ years in your most recent roles. • Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and risk assessment. • Holds a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Finance. • Possesses Program and/or Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP designation).
