📋 Description

• Support technical project delivery across the full lifecycle, managing timelines, dependencies, and parallel workstreams • Simultaneously track multiple projects while maintaining clear priorities and delivery discipline • Bridge technical teams and non-technical business units through structured updates and clear reporting • Proactively identify bottlenecks, anticipate risks, and raise issues early • Prepare comprehensive status reports, progress tracking, and risk logs using Jira and Confluence • Facilitate seamless handoffs between data, AI, and cloud teams in Agile or hybrid environments

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on project management or coordination experience within a tech-focused environment • Exposure to AI, Data, or Cloud-based projects • Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is a significant advantage • Working knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid delivery frameworks • Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel • Take-initiative attitude and ability to own outcomes and anticipate next steps • Ability to work remotely from British Columbia, Ontario, Manitoba, or Alberta • Legal authorization to work in Canada and ability to meet Canadian work-permit requirements
