📋 Description

• Perform detailed analysis of clients’ pension plan calculation rules • Act as the link between clients and the project team regarding pension plan calculations • Configure software according to client pension plan specifics • Write software development specifications based on client needs and requests • Ensure proper integration of the software with other software implemented for clients • Participate in developing testing strategies for software configuration and new developments • Participate in reviewing test scenarios using plan-required selection criteria • Support the quality assurance team • Collaborate with software development teams by suggesting improvements

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or finance • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an appropriate field • Experience in pension plans calculations • Ability to understand and use current computer technologies • Good knowledge of Excel software • Analytical and summarizing skills • Sense of organization and flexibility in managing multiple projects • Good initiative and problem-solving skills • Ability to work both as a team and independently • Ability to establish priorities and meet timelines • Available to travel occasionally in Canada and the US • Fluency in both French and English • Advanced knowledge of English is required for regular interaction with external and internal parties and use of English-only IT tools
