📋 Description

• Provide short-term counselling to a varied client base with diverse issues through phone and video sessions • Adapt interventions to personal style and client needs • Manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools • Reduce note-taking and administrative tasks through technology tools • Participate in team meetings and peer groups • Develop clinical skills with a diverse and stimulating client base • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to deliver high-quality EAP services

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field • Registered member in good standing with the OPQ or OTSTCFQ; master’s level required • At least five years of clinical experience • Ability to set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach • Empathetic and able to manage crisis or high-risk situations • Strong time management skills and ability to manage a high volume of clients • Access to a confidential workspace • Proficiency in French required; bilingualism is an asset • Comfortable with a diverse client base and skilled in brief interventions • Proactive, resourceful, organized, and collaborative
