• 3–5 years of experience in compensation, financial analysis, or sales strategy • Strong analytical skills • Strategic thinking • Comfortable presenting to senior executives • Experience leading with heart and conviction • Previous experience with sales incentive compensation plans (SPIFF, commission structures, etc.) is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with compensation administration tools or platforms
