📋 Description

• Drive design for complex features and product areas • Lead design for solutions across multiple teams or major workflows • Facilitate strong alignment across design, product, and engineering • Connect design decisions to measurable user and business outcomes • Contribute to and help evolve Tempo's design system • Act as a role model for strong design thinking and craft • Apply AI tools with intention and sound judgment throughout the design process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Designer working on complex B2B or SaaS products • Strong skills in UI design, visual design, and information architecture • A portfolio that showcases thoughtful problem-solving and polished execution at scale • You connect design to business and user results • Understand tradeoffs, and champion the highest-impact opportunities • A trusted partner to Product and Engineering who facilitates alignment • Comfortable driving strategy and execution independently • Leadership mindset • You apply AI tools with high judgment and consistency across your design workflow • Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma). • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
