📋 Description

• Provide overall contract leadership • Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and CBP program leadership • Integrate activities across operating locations • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements • Manage performance against cost, schedule, quality, staffing, risk, and operational-readiness objectives • Organize, direct, and manage government contracts involving logistics and maintenance operations support • Manage contract finances, cost, schedule, staffing, performance, and deliverables • Develop and manage an Integrated Master Schedule • Lead multidisciplinary teams performing logistics, maintenance, repair, procurement, supply-chain, warehouse, and sustainment functions • Identify and mitigate risks and manage quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or a closely related field • At least eight years of experience organizing, directing, and managing government contracts involving logistics and maintenance operations support • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Experience managing government-contract finances, cost, schedule, staffing, performance, and deliverables • Demonstrated experience with risk identification, mitigation, and quality management • Experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule, preferably using Microsoft Project • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams performing logistics, maintenance, repair, procurement, supply-chain, warehouse, and sustainment functions • U.S. citizenship • Eligibility to obtain a fully adjudicated CBP Background Investigation
