Through its various features, Tesorio allows finance teams to forecast their cash flows accurately, streamline AR processes, unlock working capital, and reduce bad debt.

📋 Description

• Build and scale core systems powering Tesorio’s platform. You’ll own problems end-to-end, ship quickly in a low-structure environment, and work across backend, APIs, and frontend. • Ship **end-to-end features** across backend, APIs, and frontend • Design and evolve **scalable backend systems** for complex financial workflows • Turn ambiguous problems into **clear, practical solutions** • Work closely with Product and Design to deliver **customer impact** • Make sound tradeoffs between **speed, quality, and long-term scalability**

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building **large-scale systems** and working on **complex backend architecture** in high-bar environments (e.g. scaled startups or top-tier engineering orgs); strong backend fundamentals (Python preferred) • Recent experience operating in **fast-paced, low-structure teams**, with a track record of shipping quickly, making decisions with incomplete information, and operating with minimal process or oversight • Clear ownership of meaningful work: you can explain **what you built, why it mattered, and what changed as a result**, demonstrating end-to-end responsibility and strong decision-making • Comfort using **AI tools as part of your development workflow**, focusing on leverage, iteration speed, and judgment over manual coding • Ability to work **across the stack**: strong backend engineer who can also contribute to APIs, data workflows, and frontend when needed
