📋 Description
• Proactively working with the client to deliver quality software solutions • Communicating effectively with client colleagues on process, delivery, and team health to increase team proficiency • Progressively enhance the codebase and supporting systems and pay down tech debt as part of the software delivery process
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails • Rapid assimilation to new software systems and domains, while identifying root causes. • Experience communicating with teams to encourage decomposing work and adopting beneficial agile team processes • Must be legally authorized to work in the US or Canada
