📋 Description

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT projects, especially Real Estate and Facilities initiatives such as site builds, moves, and upgrades. • Elicit and manage business stakeholder and Corporate IT requirements. • Define project WBS and IT work packages. • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risk plans, and dependencies. • Serve as IT lead for office openings, consolidations, and closures. • Consult with Real Estate on site design layouts to ensure IT infrastructure standards are met. • Coordinate deployment of network, AV, end-user computing, security systems, and IoT/smart building technology. • Prepare IT readiness requirements and artifacts for Real Estate project gating. • Prepare cost estimates and rough-order-of-magnitude IT estimates; review low-voltage architectural plans. • Establish site connectivity with IT infrastructure teams and telecom providers. • Act as primary contact for stakeholders, Facilities teams, and third-party vendors. • Manage vendor deliverables, contracts, and performance. • Provide leadership with status updates, risks, and escalation paths. • Manage project budgets, forecasts, financial tracking, KPIs, risks, compliance, documentation, audits, and governance reviews. • Contribute to deployment playbooks, lessons learned, process improvements, and standardized tool adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or related field. • 8-10+ years of IT project management experience, focused on delivery of IT infrastructure equipment and capabilities. • Demonstrated experience managing Real Estate / Facilities-related IT projects, such as office builds, relocations, or major renovations. • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure domains, including networking, end-user computing, AV, and security systems. • Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies. • Experience managing cross-functional programs involving Facilities, Construction, and IT teams. • Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects. • Experience with project management and portfolio tools such as ServiceNow PPM, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent; Primavera is a nice to have. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification, or actively pursuing. • Ability to travel to site locations as required. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire. • Must be eligible or able to obtain authorization for access to controlled technical information, including eligibility for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and a Canadian Enhanced Reliability security clearance. • Must be able to work standard hours Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm ET or 9am to 6pm ET, with occasional after-hours or weekend work.
