📋 Description

• Own a meaningful platform area end to end, from discovery and definition through delivery and business outcomes • Talk to restaurant operators and marketers weekly and analyze call, support, usage, order, loyalty, and guest-level data • Turn customer signals into blueprints, prototypes, and shipped products in days or weeks • Write precise specifications for agents, review their output, and identify incorrect implementations • Design AI-native products for segmentation, issue recovery, campaign guidance, and merchant analytics • Turn restaurant brand data into actionable merchant decisions • Contribute to internal product tooling, agent skills, templates, workflows, and guardrails • Shape how Thanx develops products and uses AI across the product organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Track record of shipping products that real customers use and pay for • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, or comparable agentic AI tools • Experience building prototypes, scripts, or workflows with AI tooling • Customer-obsessed and evidence-driven approach • Technical fluency: read a schema, write a query, follow a pull request, and evaluate engineering tradeoffs • Strong, clear, and precise written communication • Ability to work with a broad mandate and little process • Based in the US or Canada • Nice to have: experience with restaurants, retail, commerce, POS or ordering integrations, loyalty, or marketing technology • Nice to have: experience shipping AI- or ML-powered product features • Nice to have: experience with two-sided products • Nice to have: public writing, talks, or open-source tooling about product work
