📋 Description
• Define and continuously refine vision, strategy, and measurable objectives for assigned products • Develop and maintain an outcome‑oriented product roadmap • Lead structured discovery using techniques endorsed by accredited product programs • Partner with Analytics and business teams to translate behavioral data into actionable product insights • Collaborate daily with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Operations to shape feasible solution options • Own the product backlog for assigned domains • Act as product lead within Agile ceremonies • Oversee functional validation for key features • Coordinate release readiness for assigned changes • Define and track product KPIs and success metrics • Analyze product performance and user feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, data/analytics, Engineering, or a related field • 4–6 years of progressive experience in product management, product analysis, or closely related roles • Direct experience with technology products in insurance, brokerage, or financial services • Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum and related toolsets (e.g., Jira or Azure DevOps) • Familiarity with product management frameworks and practices from accredited or widely recognized programs
