🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Two years experience • Must provide supervision to Associate Counselors • Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups. • Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities. • Maintain accurate and confidential client records. • Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards. • Provide consistent communication with referral sources and/or other providers • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create effective treatment plans. • Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation • Strong data collection and analysis skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently
