📋 Description

• Work from home assisting patients in receiving life-sustaining medications for rare and/or chronic diseases. • Receive, document, and process verbal prescriptions, clarifications, provider updates, and required prescription details in pharmacy systems. • Verify orders for accuracy, flag missing or conflicting information, and escalate clinical questions or concerns to pharmacists. • Manage inbound calls from patients, providers, healthcare professionals, and caregivers. • Provide prescription status, coverage details, and next steps. • Update, reconcile, and maintain patient demographics, insurance, health information, and interaction records in accordance with HIPAA and company standards. • Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, insurers, fulfillment, operations, and internal teams to resolve prescription, claims, coverage, and shipment issues. • Work primarily on computer systems for data entry and communicate by phone.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED. • Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license & national certification. • Must reside within Tennessee. • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience. • Demonstrated computer proficiency and data entry accuracy. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working from home.
