• Assist the Executive Director in identifying and recruiting evangelical theologians • Handle correspondence, paperwork, scheduling, and other logistics • Manage multifaceted program logistics and calendars for scholar meetings • Assist the Executive Director with various editorial processes • Provide a bridge for smooth communication and project management • Interact with outside stakeholders such as publishers and vendors • Research topics related to theological anthropology
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in theology • 5+ years of workplace experience • Strong knowledge of theology • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to represent the ministry professionally • Self-starter; highly motivated and resourceful team-player • Strong judgment and organizational skills • Well versed in Microsoft Office software
