<The Job Seekers Journey> is a supportive online community and resource hub for people navigating unemployment and the job search process. It provides practical job-search advice, mental and physical health information, a podcast, blog posts, and an email newsletter to help job seekers cope, stay informed, and improve their chances of finding work.

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support to Life MBA students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals • Support approximately 60 students throughout the program • Facilitate 6 individual coaching sessions per day via video call • Complete metrics and record video calls daily for analysis and feedback • Actively participate in daily and weekly check-ins, as well as 1:1 meetings • Work with the Team Leader and other Seeker Coaches on the continuous improvement of coaching journeys, processes, and scripts • Contribute ideas and insights to innovate and improve student support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience conducting one-on-one coaching sessions • Strong emotional connection and active listening skills • Ability to help define goals and overcome obstacles • Strong communication and time management skills • Autonomy, accountability, and openness to feedback • Fluency in Portuguese • Good knowledge of digital tools • Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
