• Make daily outbound calls to schedule goal-setting sessions • Update Pipedrive with all call information • Record metrics daily for analysis and improvement • Actively participate in daily, weekly and one-on-one check-ins • Collaborate with the team and Team Leader to improve processes and scripts

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound calls, call center, telephone sales, or similar roles (preferred) • Strong communication skills and active listening • Fluent/native Portuguese • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets • Ability to adapt and improvise during conversations • Organized with good time management skills
