📋 Description

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously • Coordinate project meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-up activities • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to achieve project objectives • Track project resources, dependencies, and milestones • Escalate project risks, issues, and roadblocks when appropriate • Maintain project plans, files, and reporting tools • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Adult Learning, or a related field • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with project management tools • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote environment • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • CAPM or PMP certification or project management training is considered an asset • Must reside in Canada or the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence • Visa or work authorization sponsorship is not available
