📋 Description

• Initial telephone contact with leads from our CRM • Conduct short, structured qualification calls to verify target audience • Firm appointment scheduling with our setters • Structured documentation and handover to the setter team • Close collaboration with our setters to optimize processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telephone sales, cold calling and setting (online environment) • Goal-oriented work with KPIs within established processes • High degree of self-responsibility, self-organization & discipline • A strong sense for precision • Ability to perform well under pressure • Clear, pleasant voice & structured communication style • Clean, error-free written German • Commitment, reliability & interest in personal development
