📋 Description
• Learn the mechanics of global apparel and product manufacturing (fabrics, material limits, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and sample prototype cycles). • Shadow our top-performing Inside Sales Reps to learn how to manage and convert a fast-moving stream of inbound creative leads. • Transition from basic customer service to highly consultative value-positioning: guiding US fashion founders, agency directors, and brand managers through their manufacturing options. • Learn pipeline hygiene using tools like HubSpot/Pipedrive, ensuring every incoming design brief is qualified, tracked, and nurtured toward a successful production order.
🎯 Requirements
• You hold a recent degree or have core experience in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a highly related field. • Your spoken and written English is flawless, natural, and energetic. • You are comfortable jumping on high-velocity video and phone calls with US-based business owners. • You are highly motivated by performance, love hitting targets, and want a long-term commercial career where your income scales with your output. • You have a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, a strong computer setup, and are fully available to work stable US business hours (EST/PST).
