• Develop and execute the market Loss Prevention strategy to support business objectives and reduce risk. • Build trusted partnerships with Field and Regional leaders, serving as a strategic advisor on Loss Prevention priorities. • Lead and develop a team of District Loss Prevention Managers, fostering engagement, accountability, and growth. • Coach leaders to strengthen performance, leadership capability, and succession readiness. • Use data, trends, and market insights to inform decisions and optimize resources. • Drive shrink reduction, compliance, and operational excellence across the market. • Partner cross-functionally to support program implementation, technology deployment, and business initiatives. • Lead responses to complex investigations, high-risk incidents, and emerging business risks. • Manage market budgets and ensure resources are aligned to strategic priorities. • Champion continuous improvement and a culture of safety, integrity, and asset protection.
• 8 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Loss Prevention • Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred. • Proven success building strong relationships and influencing leaders across multiple levels of an organization. • Skilled at consulting with business partners to solve problems, manage risk, and achieve results. • Strong people leadership experience with a passion for coaching, development, and talent planning. • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive team performance. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to turn insights into action. • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience managing complex issues, investigations, or operational risks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong business acumen, project management, and decision-making capabilities.
