📋 Description

• Support client teams in implementing Advanced Work Packaging processes and practical execution planning practices • Develop and support model-based planning solutions to improve construction visibility, sequencing, and execution readiness • Create and maintain 4D schedule simulations communicating construction strategy and project sequencing • Facilitate visual planning sessions with construction, engineering, project controls, and leadership stakeholders • Support visual production tracking initiatives improving field execution, readiness, and progress visibility • Identify constraints, sequencing risks, and opportunities to improve workface readiness • Assess client project challenges and identify performance improvement opportunities • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, stakeholder interviews, and client working sessions • Develop practical recommendations and implementation strategies for project delivery and process improvement • Present findings, recommendations, and project insights to project leaders and client stakeholders • Support development and deployment of project processes, procedures, governance frameworks, and implementation plans • Analyze project performance data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools supporting project decision-making • Conduct project audits, health assessments, productivity reviews, and performance analyses • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables translating complex information into clear recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of construction project execution experience; exceptional intermediate candidates will be considered • Significant experience on active construction projects and project sites • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, work packaging, field execution, and project delivery best practices • Hands-on experience with 3D model-based planning • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills • Experience working with stakeholders across field execution, engineering, construction management, and project controls teams • Ability to engage confidently with clients, project teams, and leadership stakeholders • Preferred technical skills: Primavera P6, Synchro, Navisworks, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel • Project Controls experience preferred • Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) experience preferred • 4D planning and schedule simulation experience preferred • Visual production tracking experience preferred
