• Identify and qualify federal and foundation grants TWF is eligible for • Lead grant proposal writing and submission • Coordinate with TWF leadership on program design and budget • Manage grantee reporting cycles post-award • Build the grant pipeline tracker as the firm's non-dilutive capital memory
🎯 Requirements
• Documented federal and foundation grant track record • Former federal program officers (HRSA, SAMHSA) • Foundation program officers (RWJF, Annie E. Casey, Conrad Hilton) • Boutique grant consulting firm operators • Behavioral health, workforce development, healthcare workforce, or MBE-focused grant experience strongly preferred
