📋 Description

• Work collaboratively internally and with external client partners contracted through “Full Contracted Retail Value” arrangements • Work closely with health plan retail network clients, account management teams, supply chain, financial client operations, and pricing • Ensure pricing-related contractual commitments are met • Complete pricing-related activities for “Full Contracted Retail Value” transparent clients, including development of custom network pricing • Coordinate with Network Ops to ensure production price points reflect desired rates • Monitor and track client and provider performance • Complete financial assessments of re-contracted retail network rates • Use tools and financial models to support forecasting, reporting, and analysis • Build reporting for annual plan, monthly operating report, and mid-year projection discussions • Meet collaboratively with clients to discuss financial or operational issues and opportunities • Participate in client interactions to build relationships, direct strategy, and triage issues • Create tracking reports and communicate known risks or opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 1+ years of experience in Finance or Supply Chain • Experience in financial modeling and financial planning and analysis • Experience in PBM retail network pricing including client and/or provider guarantee management • Experience in SQL and managing/analyzing large data sets • Experience working cross functionally in a collaborative environment • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including macros • Comfort working in dynamic and deadline driven environments • Internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working at home occasionally or permanently
