📋 Description

• Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies • Document all medication details in electronic records • Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies • Assist with quality assurance data, clinical services, order handling, and pharmacist support with data entry and insurance claims • Work schedules anywhere from 3a–11p, Sun–Sat • Work weekly schedules or 7 on, 7 off style schedules

🎯 Requirements

• State Pharmacy Technician License • National Pharmacy Technician Certification required • 2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience • 1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals • Strong computer skills • Experience with Epic, Cerner and/or MediTech • Ability to work independently or within a team • Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills • Emergency availability • Internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working at home • Preferred: Prescription data entry and project coordination experience
