📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operations of a Pharmacy Operations team • Monitor productivity and performance standards • Plan and direct workflow and project assignments • Promote a positive team environment and share best practices • Coordinate team schedules and workflow • Oversee and assist with complex pharmacy operations escalations • Assist in developing programs and process improvements to enhance internal and external customer service • Ensure team and individual performance and service standards are met • Develop, coach, and provide feedback to employees regarding quality, reliability, accountability, and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required • 3+ years relevant experience preferred • Pharmacy Technician license / certification / registration as required by state laws • General PC knowledge; MS Office, Internet, Outlook • Excellent oral, written and phone communication skills • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality • Experience using strong basic math skills related to dosing calculations and basic Excel manipulation • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively develop and assist team members • Advanced problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions • Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment and make independent decisions • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner • Internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for home working
