• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Master’s Degree and/or MBA is preferred • 7+ years of relevant experience in sales and/or business development within healthcare • Clinical background (RN, MPH) a plus but not required • Deep understanding of the patient and provider/health system landscape including home-based care • Deep understanding of, including direct experience with, value based risk arrangements/value based care • Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence to gain alignment from key stakeholders, both internally and externally • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to interface at the executive level both internally and externally • Demonstrated success in a highly complex, matrix environment • Executive presence and high degree of EQ • Exceptional communications skills • Ability to travel overnight up to 50%
