📋 Description

• Apply best practice standard tools, templates against org design needs ensuring outcomes at the right price point. • Leverage data and research to form insights, leverage insights to tell the problem story, influence and co-create talent solutions in service of business problems. • Consult, design, and implement change management strategy and plan components against business initiatives. • Leverage project management tools / templates to organize project scope and ensure progress against timelines. • Manage and lead large transformation projects. • Develop effective working relationships externally and cross-functionally. • Facilitate senior level discussions and decisions. • Self-motivate, stay organized and handle multiple tasks with changing priorities on a global level. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through. • Excellent data-driven, business writing skills. • Proactively raise, recommend, and resolve issues. • Handle confidential information and develop trusting relationships, using a high degree of tact, discretion, and diplomacy. • Use sound judgment, work independently, set priorities, and organize work to accomplish complex tasks efficiently within stringent deadlines. • Learn quickly and creatively problem-solve.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree • Candidates with an MBA is preferred • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated breadth of experience in majority / all of the following areas: Leading talent, performance and org related projects • Leveraging data and insights to solve business problems • Serving as a trusted collaborator and advisor with senior leadership and HR partners • Advanced project management skills with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
