📋 Description

• Define, evangelize, and continuously evolve an area-specific product vision and strategy, identify new areas of impact through market and user research, while driving business value through improved self-service, automation, and thoughtful product experiences. • Define and publish rolling 12-month road maps prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs, business impact and technical feasibility. • Identify and deliver innovation through experimentation to explore new opportunities and solve complex problems Business Process and Functional Design: Lead the design for respective E2E business processes and the related S/4 functional design. Collaborate with/lead our Business SMEs and 3rd parties.​ Business Process Digitization and Automation: Identify digitization and automation opportunities. Lead the automation and digitization design for respective business processes (business process and functional design) using the appropriate technologies and features within & beyond the SAP S4 HANA ecosystem. ​Implementation and Testing: Oversee/Manage the implementation process in close collaboration with our 3rd parties. Lead the creation & documentation of test scripts and execute test scripts. Ensure required tests are executed in compliance with policy – including regression testing. Oversee the portions of UVT within the respective business areas and collaborate with our Business SMEs and 3rd party throughout. Support test automation. ​Leadership: Lead the execution/implementation of medium to large initiatives ($5-7M) from design to deployment. Execute without or very limited project mgmt. or scrum support.​ Performance Monitoring: Lead the design & implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the health and performance of the respective business processes and systems. Leverage data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.​ Collaboration: Collaborate with our 3rd parties to leverage their expertise and support to design and implement the enhancements, digitization, and automation of our processes. ​Documentation and Training: Ensure business, functional, and system design documentation is up to date. Enhance/develop training materials and execute training sessions to ensure end-user proficiency and compliance.​ Stakeholder Management: Be a key part in the stakeholder management across the enterprise including executives. Sustained business process and system stability.​ Ensure system upgradability due to appropriate customizations.​ Required documentation (business process, functional, training, testing) is in solid shape​ Reduce cost to serve and manual errors by leveraging process digitization.​ Design and implement business process and system changes and enhancements in close collaboration with the business and technology community. Ensure buy-in and support for changes.

• Proven track record landing quantifiable business impact through product in partnership cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product management, UX, engineering, and architecture. • Business Process & Functional Design: As an experienced and skilled problem solver & leader design our end-to-end business processes with a strong focus on digitization & automation to reduce cost to serve, error rate, and speed to market. • Develop the business process and functional design while leveraging the S/4 ecosystem capabilities to limit core S/4 customizations. • Work closely with our business SMEs and stakeholders to ensure support and buy-in for the changes. • Collaborate with our technical experts to ensure an effective technical design. • Testing and Deployment: Lead the testing process by ensuring the required test scripts are created and executed as needed. • Be a key decision maker/approver in the deployment process. Ensure required compliance documentation is created and stored. Support the deployment and hypercare process as needed. • Documentation and Training: Ensure the required documentation (business design, technical design, training material) is developed/enhanced/stored and accessible as needed. • Support the development of training material and the execution of training as needed. • Cross functional work: Collaborate with the Business SMEs and the technical team from developing the process design to deploying the technical and process solution. • Management of initiatives/deliverables: Experienced in the deliverable (agile or waterfall) of medium to large initiatives from design to deployment without the need for scrum or project mgmt. support. • Strong Stakeholder Management: Experienced in managing stakeholders across the enterprise across all levels up to Executives.
