📋 Description
• Serve as the founder’s day-to-day project manager • Manage and prioritize the founder’s email inbox • Oversee full calendar management • Capture, organize, and maintain records from meetings • Operate and manage existing AI-driven workflows • Coordinate regular outreach and communication efforts with advisory stakeholders • Manage content review and approval workflows • Coordinate travel logistics including flights and accommodation
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives • Highly organized, with quick, reliable attention to detail • Comfortable managing complex, multi-time-zone calendars and inboxes • Strong written communication in English • Proficiency with Google Workspace • Genuinely comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work
