📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact with clients during onboarding. • Manage multiple, concurrent projects and all aspects of onboarding through completion. • Work with new customers to identify goals and preferences in launching their new company website and any additional services the customer has purchased. • Use their highly customized version of WordPress (Elementor) to update customer websites. • Assist customers with adopting new and existing features to maximize product and service value.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience. • WordPress proficiency. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with clients. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • You can explain complex issues in simple terms. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail. • Must be personable and enjoy working in a client-facing role. • A friendly person who genuinely loves helping people and solving problems. • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others. • Knowledge of common internet technologies. • Comfortable with technology and learning new software. • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
