• 5+ years working in a customer-facing role • Experience servicing mid-market and enterprise customer bases • Experience understanding a software platform’s capabilities • Experience connecting high-level business goals to product capabilities • Experience analyzing data sets to assess performance • Confidence and executive presence in customer interactions
